Chess Loss Review - September 30th

Opening: Caro (Nonstandard reply)

I haven't really seen this one before, so I went with Bf5 plan, which I like and know less than Bg4 and exchange.
Midgame:

I knew it was going to wreck my pawn structure, but I didn't see how to stop it. Somehow Bg4 completely was missed by me, blindness.

This is the pivotal move of the game, I saw that d5 was hanging but wanted to trade, which isn't the best move but my opponent gave it to me:

I had considered Qe6 but did not calculate it correctly. I instead doubled rooks on F file but then missed the only move here:

Which is Qxe6, forcing trades and putting white up in a somewhat winning position.

I instead completely blundered here, stressed about the calculation and fell apart.
Lessons:
- If they are going to ruin your pawn structure, make sure to recheck all moves that in the past weren't good.
- Sometimes pushing a hanging pawn to get defended is worth considering
- When I am stressed, my double checking and board vision go out the window, especially when tired.
